Q. Bookings - How do I book an appointment with you?

A. Please call us on 07479 455881 or send us a text message and our staff will happily book you in.

Q. Pre-Book - Do I need an appointment or can I just walk-in?
​
A. We’re happy to accept walk-in customers but would advise that you pre-book just to ensure we have availability for your desired date/time.

Q. Clothing - What should I wear during a massage?
​
A. We recommend that you either wear loose fitting clothing or underwear during your massage, we also provide clean towels that may be used.

Q. Parking - Where is the best place to park whilst I'm visiting?
A. The through road for lower Piccadilly is currently closed to traffic, however you can park at the top of Piccadilly (BD1 3NN) or Dale street (BD1 4HB), alternatively you can also park on Cheapside (BD1 4HU). There are parking meters that charge £1 per hour at these locations.

Q. Couples - Do you provide couple massages?

A. Yes we’re happy to welcome couples, we also offer a discount of £70 for 2 people for 1 hour. Please pre-book to ensure we have staff availability so you may have your massage at the same time as each other.

Q. Payment Methods - How do I pay for my massage, is it a cash only business?

A. We accept cash but we also have a card machine so we can do contactless or pin entry transactions like any other retail shop, we’re happy to accept any of these methods.
Q. Toilets - Do you have customer toilet facilities?

A. Yes we have customer toilet facilities that our staff will direct you to.

Q. Showers - Am I able to take a shower when I visit?
​
A. Yes we have customer shower facilities and customers may use these before or after a massage.

Q. Space/Privacy - Are your rooms spacious and will I have adequate privacy?
A. Yes all of our rooms have lots of space, our staff can move freely around the massage bed and perform head, foot and full body massages, we also have 1 customer per room so privacy is ensured.
Q. Security/Comfort - Are your massage beds secure and comfortable, will they fall down with my weight?
A. We have top quality solid wood massage beds, they are a bespoke hand built design that have been engineered to ensure maximum stability so that customers can “rest assured” when they lie on them, we also have firm mattresses with cut-out face holes and pillows so that customers are comfortable and in the best position for Thai massage.
Q. Cleanliness/Covid - Are your premises well cleaned and Covid secure?
A. Yes our premises are meticulously cleaned throughout the day, we have hand sanitizers for customers to use on the way in, Perspex screens and social distancing floor stickers.
Q. Cleanliness - Are the massage rooms and linen regularly cleaned/changed?
A. Each massage room is fully cleaned after every customer, we also put new bed sheets and towels down for every customer that visits us.
Q. Face Masks - Do I have to wear a face mask?
A. We recommend that all of our customers wear face masks when they visit, our staff will always wear them but during the massage itself you will be largely in a face down position so these may be removed so that you’re more comfortable.
